1. The Nature of the Waitlist
Joining this waitlist is an expression of interest. It does not create a contract for service, a guarantee of future access, or a specific timeline for release. We are currently in the development phase, and everything—including the project name, features, and launch date—is subject to change.
2. Eligibility
By signing up, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. We reserve the right to remove any email from our list that we believe was provided by someone under this age or via automated means.
3. Communication
By providing your email, you agree to receive occasional project updates and your "early access" invitation. You can opt-out at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link found in the footer of our emails.
4. No Liability
This waitlist site is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Since this is a pre-launch project hosted on shared infrastructure, we are not liable for any technical hiccups, data delays, or service interruptions during the development period.
5. User Conduct
You agree not to attempt to disrupt the service, spam the signup form, or bypass any security measures. We reserve the right to block any user who interferes with the site's operation.
6. Future Terms
This document only covers the waitlist phase. When the full platform launches, all users will be required to review and agree to a comprehensive set of Terms of Use to create a permanent account and use the application features.
